Thanks to everyone who turned up on Mothers Day, it was a huge success, our busiest day so far. Afternoon tea stands were aplenty with luxurious tea flowing and free chocolates for mum! Mothers afternoon tea consisted of finger sandwiches(tuna, ham & mustard, egg mayo, salmon and soft cheese and of course cucumber!) Slices of homemade cakes, (apple, chocolate, victoria, coffee, choc muffins and chocolate brownies) My goodness, no wonder some had to take cake home with them! I

The Easter holidays are over and most have returned to work or even worse school! Our scrummy homemade cakes and scones have been devoured with plentiful amounts of tea and coffee to wash them down with.
